How to get the right part the first time

Parts with the repair, not only in a box
A new part does not fix a fault that was diagnosed wrongly. Pressure that fluctuates on a pump usually comes from air in the solvent line, a sticking check valve or worn seals, and a degasser fault can look like a pump problem. Our engineers carry common spares on breakdown calls, so the part can be fitted once the fault is confirmed. Under a CMC the wear parts used in covered repairs are included within agreed limits; under an AMC they are billed separately.

How do I know which HPLC pump part needs replacing?
