Waters, Shimadzu and Agilent Instrument Sales and Service
Our engineers are trained across the major chromatography and spectroscopy platforms.
Waters
Waters Alliance 2695 and e2695 separations modules with 2487, 2489, 2996 and 2998 detectors, and ACQUITY UPLC systems. Seal and plunger wear is the fault we see most often on the Alliance family, and we stock those parts. Empower-based workflows supported, including method transfer when an instrument is replaced or relocated.
Shimadzu
Shimadzu HPLC, GC and UV-Vis systems make up the largest part of the installed base we service - LC-2010C HT, Nexera-i LC-2030C, GC-2010 Plus, GC-2014 and UV-1800. We stock pump seals, plungers, check valves and deuterium lamps for these platforms, and our engineers work on them every week. Sales, refurbished units, AMC and CMC, calibration and IQ/OQ/PQ qualification across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
Agilent Technologies
Agilent 1100, 1200 and 1260 Infinity HPLC systems, and 6890, 7890B, 8860 and 8890 GC systems. Spares for the older 1100 and 6890 families are still widely available, which is why those instruments remain practical to keep in service rather than replace. We work on inlets, detectors, EPC modules and pump heads, and carry out full IQ/OQ/PQ qualification.
Thermo Scientific
Thermo Scientific chromatography and spectroscopy instruments. We take on service, breakdown support and calibration for Thermo systems alongside the Shimadzu, Waters and Agilent platforms our engineers work on daily. Tell us the model you run and we will confirm exactly what we can cover before you commit to anything.
PerkinElmer
PerkinElmer chromatography instruments, including the TurboMatrix HS-40 headspace sampler used for residual solvent work. We do not hold PerkinElmer stock as a standard line - tell us the model and we will confirm service coverage, spares availability and whether a refurbished unit can be sourced for you.
SCIEX
SCIEX mass spectrometry systems. We do not list SCIEX stock as a standard line. If you run a SCIEX instrument alongside your HPLC or UPLC, tell us the model and configuration and we will confirm what service and spares support we can provide.
Restek
Restek columns, inlet liners, ferrules and chromatography consumables. We do not hold Restek stock as a standard line - tell us the column phase, dimensions and the method you are running and we will source the right part rather than the nearest one.
Hitachi
Hitachi HPLC and UV-Vis instruments. We do not list Hitachi stock as a standard line. Send us the model and module names you run and we will confirm service coverage, spares availability and whether a refurbished unit can be sourced.
Younglin
Younglin HPLC systems. We do not list Younglin stock as a standard line. Send us the model and detector configuration and we will confirm service coverage and spares availability.
Jasco
JASCO HPLC, UV-Vis and FTIR instruments. We do not list JASCO stock as a standard line. Tell us the model you run and we will confirm whether we can cover its service, calibration and spares before you plan around it.
Which model details matter when enquiring by instrument brand?
Give the full instrument and module names alongside the brand. A Waters 2695 enquiry differs from a Waters 2996 detector enquiry, and Shimadzu LC-2010C HT or Agilent 1100 and 1200 requests should identify the exact configuration. Include the application or symptom and any part number so that the discussion concerns the equipment actually in your laboratory.
Can I request spare parts for Waters, Shimadzu and Agilent instruments?
You can send an enquiry specifying the Waters, Shimadzu or Agilent model and the exact part required. Include quantities and your laboratory location in Maharashtra or Gujarat. Vision Analytical will need to confirm the appropriate item and availability for your request; a brand appearing in the catalogue does not establish compatibility with every model.
Does a listed instrument brand establish suitability for my application?
A brand name is a starting point for finding relevant instruments and support information. Suitability still depends on the particular model, configuration and application your laboratory intends to use. Share those details along with any existing equipment that must remain in the setup. For spare parts, identify the module and component reference as well. Ask for confirmation of the proposed item and scope rather than using the brand listing as evidence of compatibility, availability or manufacturer affiliation.
