What we hold

This website has no user accounts and no login, so there is nothing to delete from it. What we may hold is what you sent us directly: an enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email, and the quotation, service report or qualification document that followed from it.

How to ask for deletion

Write to [email protected] with the subject Data deletion, or call +91 9136216080. Tell us the phone number or email address you contacted us from. We will confirm within 7 working days and delete within 30 days.

What we may have to keep

Invoices, GST records and instrument qualification documents have to be retained for the period Indian tax and quality regulations require. Everything outside that is deleted. We will tell you exactly what was kept and why.

If you used Facebook or Instagram to reach us

We do not create an account for you from social login. If you connected through Facebook or Instagram and want that connection removed, write to the same address and we will remove it along with any message history we hold.
